Hot Off the Shelf: Animals Eat Each Other by Elle Nash

Hot Off the Shelf: Animals Eat Each Other by Elle Nash

Some books really stick with you. Like, REALLY stick with you.

Animals Eat Each Other by Elle Nash is that book.

I could've read it in a day, but it freaked me out so badly (but in a necessary, truth-telling way) that I had to take a week to soak it all in. And it still gave me nightmares.

I don't tell you this to discourage you from reading it. Actually, the lasting effect Animals Eat Each Other has on the reader is precisely why you should read it. I wish I'd read it when I was 16 because it would've allowed me to avoid a string of terrible, toxic, and/or emotionally abusive partners (before finding my lovely husband).

I wrote a review of Animals Eat Each Other for PANK Magazine. Truthfully, how could I not. It's one of those books I don't think I'll ever forget.

I hope you'll read it (my review) and the book. It's one of the books I keep telling people about this year. And when you read my review you'll be supporting my work too. Double win!
