Want to See Your Work In Magazines? I'll Show You How

There's nothing quite like seeing your work in print or your byline on a website you've admired and have been reading for years.

I should know––I've been published in newspapers, monthly magazines, alt-weeklies, literary magazines, and a variety of blogs and it NEVER gets old.

Over the years, a lot of people who want to see their writing and photos in their favorite publications have asked me for tips on how to pitch editors. I'll give a few tips to help the person out, but I've never compiled ALL my tips on pitching in one place...

Until now! On Wednesday, October 18th at 6pm CT/7pm ET, I'm presenting a FREE virtual workshop on how to pitch publications.

My presentation is part of a longer virtual summit about how to take yourself seriously as a photographer, though my tips on pitching are applicable for writers and photographers alike. But if you're a photographer, you especially don't want to miss this event.

My talk is for newbie content creators and experienced creatives alike. Anyone who wants to learn more about the ins and outs of what it takes to craft a quality pitch is welcome and encouraged to attend.

For more info and to sign up (for free!) check out this page. There you'll find info on me and the other speakers and the signup at the bottom.

Got questions? Leave a comment on this post and I'll help you out.

"See" you there!

With writerly love,

Mandy
